Coverguard 8KNEE Knee Pads for Work Trousers Knee pads designed for Coverguard 8KNEE work trousers, fully compatible with Coverguard Workwear garments. Professional Knee Protection
Kneeling is not a typical working posture. To improve comfort during kneeling tasks, specialized protective equipment has been developed. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for knees must be certified under the EN 14404 standard. This standard defines four types of knee protection, depending on whether the protector is integrated into a garment or attached directly to the body. It also defines three protection levels (0, 1, or 2), based on the type of terrain (flat or uneven) and puncture resistance—Level 2 being the highest level of protection. For products meeting Protection Level 1 or 2, performance must be marked directly on the product with a symbol indicating mechanical hazard protection.
