Return Policy

Changes/returns can be made in two ways:

A. At an AXION COTTON store by presenting the product and the original proof of purchase

B. Through ACS courier (for Greece), following the procedure below:

  • Pack the products to be returned together with the original receipt or accompanying note (if it is an invoice) and the Return Form.
  • Call ACS courier at 2102835000 and give instructions for collection with the recipient paying the charges.
  • The parcel should be sent to AXION COTTON ABEE, Korinthou 11, 14451 Metamorfosi, tel. 210 2847280. The shipment must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
  • The value of the returned products will be offset against the value of the products sent for replacement. Any additional charges, including shipping costs (return and reshipment), will be charged to the customer and paid to the courier employee. In the event of incorrect collection by the courier company, resulting in AXION COTTON depositing the amount in a bank account, the bank charges shall be borne by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any parcels that may be lost during return before they reach us. We therefore recommend that you use the above-mentioned courier companies to return your parcels.
  • For returns outside Greece, the shipping method is at the customer's discretion and the costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • In the case of a refund for returns via ACS courier, this will be made using the original payment method (credit/debit card or bank account), minus a €1.90 refund fee. For cash on delivery purchases, please provide us with your bank, IBAN, and bank account details. The refund will be made after delivery by the courier (approximately within 10 days).

In the event of an error on the part of our Company, i.e. shipment of incorrect goods or goods that are defective or lack an agreed characteristic, you have the right to return them and request their replacement or a refund of the price you paid. In case of use of the goods or alteration of their original condition, this implies unconditional acceptance of the goods and their return will not be accepted.

In addition, in all the above cases, the goods to be replaced or returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

In all of the above cases, the goods to be replaced or returned must be in the same perfect condition as when they were delivered, without damage, and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies them, together with all accompanying documents (e.g. DAT, Retail Receipt, etc.). Before any return, it is recommended to consult with a representative of AXION COTTON's Customer Service Department.

In any case, returns and replacements are possible provided that a) they take place within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Article 4(10) of Law 2251/1994 and b) the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. 10 of Law 2251/1994 and b) the product has not been used and is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g., receipt, retail receipt, etc.). Moreover, any shortage or discrepancy in the order must be reported within 14 calendar days from receipt. After this period, such requests cannot be accepted.

If the goods are returned without cumulatively fulfilling the above conditions, the return shall be deemed never to have taken place and AXION COTTON shall immediately notify the customer and reserve the purchase price and charge any expenses incurred.
